Gramling Farms Field trips are offered to area schools and daycares. Our Agri-tour for the fall includes a hayride, horse and buggy ride, apples and pumpkins and making apple cider. We also have a collection of antique machines and farm equipment as well as farm animals for the children to see, touch and learn. The best part is that through our activities the Science and Social Studies are addressed. Our fall field trips are offered September - November.

Our field trip schedule runs from 9:00am - 12:00pm. Pack a bag lunch - we have picnic tables for lunch time.

• Teachers are free
• Children - $8.00
• Parents and other adults - $8.00 

Standards - Based

For Kindergarten and First Grade teachers, this trip will address the following S.C. Science standards:

• Observe that plants go through a life cycle
• Investigate and identify the natural resources that living things need
• Describe how seasonal changes may affect plants
• Identify the parts of a plant
• Simple Machines
